The room had a comfortable bed, a mini bar, satellite TV, and central heating. the service was outstanding. - the hotel's location was peaceful, next to the park and El Calafate.

Mateo was very helpful in making all necessary arrangements fortrips and airline bookings.

The hotel was modern and extremely convenient, and the staff were knowledgeable, loved the lovely location just off restaurants, excellent shops, and Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Ushuaia and Calafate. Complementary breakfast, offered jam, coffee, tea, and croissants. We had a great stay during our visit with exceptionally nice staff. the hotel has a favorable location on a hill overlooking Lago Argentino. 3. the hotel is close to the downtown area and the mountains of Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Ushuaia, and Calafate. We enjoyed our stay at Edenia Hotel & Nature in El Calafate thanks to the friendly staff and its convenient location offering stunning views of Lago Argentino. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the downtown area and various attractions made our visit even more enjoyable.

Gorgeous hotel with outstanding service and great location just outside El Calafate town. It is in a perfect location to experience sunrises, sunsets & tranquil Patagonian silence. The staff went out of their way to help me and made this a highlight of my trip so far.

There was a mixup in our reservation--we had booked two rooms; they had reserved only one--but the staff corrected it without any fuss. All the staff was courteous and attentive, and were happy to share information about activities in the area.

The location of the hotel is mixed. It sits on a hill overlooking Lago Argentina, which is spectacular. But it is quite a distance out of town. While the hotel provides shuttle service, it's a pain for guests to schedule outings around the shuttle schedule.

The twin room was perfectly clean with good ventilation from the open window. The hotel had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The hotel is set in a secluded area next to the lake, with stunning views of the surroundings. We enjoyed delicious breakfast with croissants and bacon. Check-in was quick and efficient.

Matteo was superb in his customer service, considering I've stayed in 5* star hotels. He was highly informative, extremely efficient, and very friendly.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is fairly new and well appointed. The restaurant provided delicious boxed lunches and the dinner menu was delicious.

The walls did not have much sound-proofing so noise carried from the adjacent rooms. The hotel is a distance away from the center of town, but they did provide a free shuttle.

I have just returned from a very good stay in this brand-new hotel, nicely furnished and contemporary rooms. the location is best possible and peaceful, 1 mile from Lonesome Island. - There is a small restaurant with excellent food and friendly staff. - Outstanding service and the food is good. - Moreover, the parking is onsite.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff in particular Leo at reception. They really took care of us. The price and location are also excellent, and the food in the restaurant was also excellent. The shuttle bus into the town centre was also brilliant. Also really loved the view from the bedroom, and the bar was also really nice and relaxing.

The only thing is that the dining room had the lights turned up full for dinner so it was a bit like a hall, rather than a lovely cosy room that it could be. The food was really good so a few candles would really improve the ambience. Staff are excellent.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel with stunning views of the Patagonian landscape. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The hotel offered a shuttle service, which although limited, was convenient for getting to the city center. The beautiful views of the lake from the hotel made up for the slight inconvenience of the location. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in El Calafate.

The room was big, the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Internet fast and free. Very surprising was that one of the staff was speaking Dutch, funny (and easy for me)! We were allowed to wait in the hotel since we had a late flight. They even offered us to use a room meanwhile, but since they have very comfortable seats/sofa's, we did not use a room.

We loved staying at this hotel as it provided us with a clean and comfortable room. The hotel facilities were also amazing, with a restaurant that offered a stunning view of the surroundings. We appreciated the availability of parking as we rented a car for our stay. Additionally, the hourly shuttle service was very convenient and helped us move around this city with ease. Lastly, we cannot forget to mention the helpfulness of the staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.
